This is looking upriver at the first area that the trail leads to; it is used mostly by clothed people.
Just a little further downriver is where the clothing-optional area begins.
There is a gravel road on the opposite side of the river used by hikers and bikers. This is a ledge on the opposite shore from the nude area. Some people stop here to go swimming; there is even a rope hanging from a tree used to swing out into the water.
Looking downriver towards the I-91 overpass.
Time to go home!
This is a map to the West River, VT location. It is at the small red cross to the north of center. It is on Route 30 behind a small professional building and hay field.
